Business Intelligence
TimeTrack provides Business Intelligence and makes it easier to make better decisions and improve the administration and planning of cases and hours. The management and finance department get a better overview by using constantly updated statistics and reports – in a “Drill Down” design – showing overview AND details in a single report.
TimeTrack uses three simple steps, which you can read more about in the pdf below.
Setup: The setup is flexible because it is based on a template, where you can select and deselect from a wide range of parameters.
Time tracking: With just a few clicks, the user selects case or client and press "play", “pause”, and “stop” to control the timer. When the day is over, the user gets a list of the day's records and the option to adjust them.
Invoicing: When it is time for invoicing, you will start a wizard that guides you through the valuation of the hours tracked by the employees. When the invoicing is completed, all data are recorded back to the finance system.
