The system provides you with an overview all the right places and is easy to configure. It can be set to show information from the employees’ personal SharePoint sites (MySite) and continuously updated calendar information from Exchange.

The Information Viewer regularly retrieves information from SharePoint and Exchange, and shows this information on the connected screen. You decide:
- Which persons to show on the screen
- The contents of business cards: These may be data and/or pictures from MySite or calendar data from Exchange
- The setup of the layout including font and color
- Updating frequency
